One thing I've done is to express my intentions numerically, use the numbers to create sounds on a keyboard or with software, and then use those sounds to compose music. I've had some good feedback from reality using this method. And written some decent music, too. Lately I've thought of trying to embed intentions in word puzzles, but I still need to think about it a little more. i've also done a lot of photoshop art that embeds sigils and other means of coding intentions, at various levels of the image. For example, one statement will be sigilized and the sigil will be plain to see, but other statements will be coded to various colors, the other statements will be coded in the numbers that comprise the filter settings. i take an 'arts n crafts' perspective toward this exercise.
