biorythms

i have done some on www.facade.com and they seem inaccurate . how much of this theory can be accurate? i would like to know if any of yall tried your hand in understanding this.

    I did the biorhythms on facade as well. It actually seemed to explain some things for me on those days. I don't know any of the theory. In fact, I don't think I have ever seen a book mention them. But then maybe I am looking in the wrong sections

    Biorhythms were used 3000 years ago in Ancient China.
    And they are used today.
