how to deal?
i've tried and thought quite a bit, it seems to be chronic.
thinking of doing chakra work/meditation to get some of it outta me, but i wonder how much of this static rushed energy is a part of my nature, and not somethign to be cured?
a way to use the tension and speed?
i'm a great talker, the awkwardness tends to stay in my body XD

or do you feel it is something you are processing that comes from outside of
yourself? I'm thinking the latter, though this is your thing to figure out.
The world has a huge load of anxiety, uncertainty, and worrisome thoughts
to deal with right now, and very few people are at a sufficiently raised level
of awareness to deal with it. It's like a huge case load of litigation given to
too few lawyers. Try to be soothing.
If it relates to something specific to you, narrow that focus.
